Coach Yaw Owusu Takes Us To The Next Level.


I didn’t go out last night because I had more important things to do this Sunday morning.  These choices will solidy or destroy your future.  I love the fact that you can’t excell unless you invest wisely.  This teaches me discipline, sacrifice, what to invest in and what to ignore.  It’s one thing to be able to sprint but doing it effectively without injuring yourself in the long run is another story.  We were blessed to have coach Yaw Owsusu lead us through a high intensity workout today, which included stretching, warm up, take off and sprint exercises.  I didn’t know I could get such a great quad and glute pump from sprints.  I will definitly be adding his routine into my weekly workout regiment.  There’s only one way up from here.
