Max Philisaire Motivation

You need to develop a frame of mind that gets you motivated about your short and long term goals.

We all know it’s important to exercise to look and feel good but just knowing why and how to exercise isn’t going to get you the results. You need to exercise and make it part of your lifestyle. Action required motivation.  Change is hard for everybody. Don’t make quitting an option. Let go of your excuses so you can find yourself. Getting fit and staying healthy can become an overwhelming demand at times. The total body transformation is mentally, emotionally and physically stressful.

Think of motivating ways to make your experience a more enjoyable. I use music to get in the zone. I leave life outside of the gym to focus on the plan of action and pick up from where I left off after the workout. Find a strategy that works for you. If you really want to invest the time to transform your body you will have to find ways to make it fun and will get pleasure from the workout exercises.  Start your journey with just walking if you have to. There is no rush. One of the most important aspects is consistency. As they say consistency beats the rush. Pace yourself and stay focused on the journey and finish line. Walking has several health benefits. Make it a family affair and workout with everyone.

Dancing, is a great way to increase your activity levels and achieve some fitness goals. You can dance in the privacy of your living room. Learn the art and get the benefits of a workout at the same time.  Join a sports team, such as volleyball, softball and soccer, where you can meet new people and engage in healthy competition.

The time is here. The time is now. Start following a customized workout program and drop your distractions like body fat.
