When I first started working out, I focused mainly on beach muscles like chest and biceps lol.  Results came fast enough to show me the consequences in neglecting other muscle groups.  My triceps, back shoulders and legs didn’t even lift.  Over time I started adding the other muscle groups into my routine.  I learned not to take short cuts.  If you’re going to do something, go all the way.  I now train for total body maximum aesthetics.  Be your best to lead the rest!
