Do You Even Lift?

Elevate your mind and your body will follow.


Pierre Abena and I push ourselves pass our limits when ever we workout.  We see eye to eye when it comes to accepting a challenge and maximizing our potential.  I specidically asked this dude if we were going to Runyon Canyon for a cuddle walk (easy hike) or workout (hardcore sprints uphill and lunges).  This says no, just some cardio and sprints.  I sprint to Runyon Canyon and get there only to find out that he wants to run all the way up the harder slop.  Once we got started it didn’t matter.

My lifestyle is all about accpeting challenges and conquering them.  I challenge you to do the same.  Pierre does alot more cardio than I do and has great endurance.  I didn’t try to keep up with him.  That would have been a mistake.  I paced myself.  Know your body.  You don’t have to keep up with the next guy.  Just make sure you peform better than you did last time.
