No Cardio No Problem

Cardio is For Fun.

Many people don’t like to do cardio.  Neither do we lol.  TJ The Contender, Pierre Abena and I like to keep it simple at times.  We took it out on the basketball court yesterday.  The goal wasn’t to burn fat or get some cardio in.  We found a sport that is fun regardless of the challenge.  It just so happens that this sport burns fat and improves your cardiovascular.  I recommend you find ways to make exercise part of your lifestyle instead of the other way around.  Make it work for you.  There are tons of ways to stay active and burn fat without making it a job or torture session.  Learn to love what you want and especially what you need.
