ASH: I believe in a high power; of course. However not in a God; not for reasons on ignorance but rather that I haven’t found God yet nor earned it I feel. Hahah religion is a big subject and we’ll have to leave that for another blog

MAX: Do you offer personal training service? If so, where?

ASH: I do offer personal training 1 to 1 guidence. A new studio will be opening very shortly in the West Midlands area. For now I offer my services via online through

MAX: How did you get started with exercise? How long have you been training? What was the motivation to start and what keeps you motivated?

ASH: My influence came from my friends who joined the gym months before I did. I’ve been training for 6 years now. My motivation stems from the opportunity to help and inspire people who need it. The way I see it is if I keep progressing and pursuing my milestones with my physique and mind then I can continue to help people and that maintains my motivation for fitness.

MAX: What is your purpose in life and what motivates you to fulfill your purpose?

ASH: My personal purpose I’ve come to unseat now is the help. That’s where my happiness will ultimately come from within myself. I only want to strive for happiness within and when I reach it then I can help more people on a larger platform.

MAX: What do you do for fun other than lift things up and put them down?

ASH: Haha, I enjoy socialising with close friends and getting stuck in on Sunday’s massive cheat days; so epic! Also I’ve Started getting back into my art and sketching again now; massive part of myself for years. Get so much relaxation from it

MAX: What is an ideal date? (Location, activity, etc.)

ASH: Ideally on top of a mountain, chillin having some nice shredded food, some wine. Having some laughs. Then racing each other back down the mountain hahah

MAX: What does aesthetic mean to you?

ASH: Aesthetic to me means pleasing to the eye. A well balanced proportionate physique that looks and works efficiently and impacts.

MAX: How does exercise and nutrition influence your daily life?

ASH: I’ve adopted the whole fitness living. Nutrition is no longer a chore for me it’s my lifestyle. I live for training and all that comes with it.

MAX: What would you say to people that look up to you who struggle with obstacles?

ASH: Obstacles will always be there to hit you from time to time; it’s part of the process. The key and main rule to follow is simply consistency, that will be your driving force to smash your goals.

MAX: Do you listen to music while you exercise? If so what’s on your playlist?

ASH: Not often I plug my headphones in and go tunnel vision. From time to time I do enjoy the company of tunes. I’m heavily into rap/hip hop right now and they always get the top spot in powering my workouts.
